UPCOMING events and UPDATES from past events

Thank you to all who prayed and gave support for us to be able to attend the awesome movements of God in Washington DC on October 6-10th. Michelle, my ministry partner, and I were very honored to be a part of these historical events that took place in our nation's capitol:

"Awaken The Dawn" - 50 tents representing all 50 states and one for Israel, praise, worship and prayer 24 hours a day for 3 days! Beautiful site to see on the National Mall, which was actually taking place during the Feast Of Tabernacles.
"United Cry DC17" - Second annual gathering of pastors and ministry leaders of our nation to seek God in prayer to take back our nation for Christ.
"The Justice Foundation Outpost Gathering" - Incredible gathering of Operation Outcry members and other intercessors, about 50 faithful believers who met at TJF Outpost in DC, then walked across the street to pray at the United States Supreme Court.
"Rise Up TheCall" - Lou Engle calling all women to rise up as Deborah's and Esther's to take back our nation for Jesus Christ!
"The Moral Outcry" - Presented at each event daily from the main stages and a large tent, the petition for all to sign to end abortion in America!
The first 58,000 signatures on these stacks of petitions ( were presented to the United States Supreme Court by Allan Parker on Friday Oct.6th, the very first day of all these above events. Please pray that the Justices on the high court read them and act by overturning their own decisions that legalized abortion in America.

The Justice Foundation Gala on April 30th, the National Day of Repentance for America, was outstanding and very anointed, as usual. God's Presence is always so beautiful at our annual Gala. I say "our" because Michelle and I are members of Operation Outcry, which is a ministry of The Justice Foundation. They took us in just like their own family, which is so precious, more than words can say. All of the speakers, like Operation Outcry Global Leader Cindy Collins and our own Texas State Representative Molly White, and the worship were incredible! Special thanks to President and First Lady Allan and Susan Parker for honoring all of the members of Operation Outcry and a special congratulations to our surprise key note speaker and Defender Of Life Award winner, Kristan Hawkins, President of Students For Life Of America. Kristan is an awesome woman of God, who we had the honor of working with at her rally in front of the US Supreme Court on the day of the Texas HB2 hearing, where Myra Myers and I had the honor of speaking at her podium. God is so good! We also had an honorary guest by way of video screen of our precious Clayton Trotter from Alaska, also legal counsel and clergy for The Justice Foundation. Tracy Reynolds, our media professional, spoke about CAFA (Center Against Forced Abortions) and we also had another surprise guest speaker Texas Senator Donna Campbell delivering a very motivating speech for all of us in attendance. Our precious Allan Parker, the President of TJF, called us to a special time of repentance and intercession for our nation in the prayer room after the event, which was incredible, to say the least. Thank you to all who made this event possible, including the staff of TJF, Queta and Marisol Aguilar, and TJF board members and host committee for this historical event, the dinner was absolutely delicious! Some also in attendance were the leaders of "Abortion Hurts God Heals," a ministry of The Justice Foundation, Pastor and Author Andrea Sosebee, SFLA Southwest Regional Coordinator Katie Martin, Nicole Hudgens of Texas Values and many precious intercessors, including Saundra & Reuben Fechner & Brianna Pradia.

Praise Jesus for the honor of being able to testify at our Texas State Capitol yesterday in support of Rep. Molly White's bill to prevent forced and coerced abortion, HB 1648. I shared my personal testimony of being coerced into abortion and how abortion hurt me before the House State Affairs Committee watch here:
Molly's bill begins at the marker: 1:43:35, My testimony begins at the marker: 2:05:55

The chairman and several members of the Committee seemed very supportive of this bill. Rep. Molly White did an outstanding job presenting her bill and even shared her own personal testimony of how she was coerced into abortion as well. There were many witnesses present testifying for her bill and only 2 in opposition. This bill was heard last and had the attention of everyone in the room since there were more witnesses present than any other bill heard the whole day. Afterwards, I had the honor of being interviewed by the Texas Right To Life media team. God is so good! Please pray for safe passage of HB 1648

Thank you for all of your prayers, blessings and provision for us to be a part of A Line in the Sand Israel 2015!Michelle Walker, Myra Myers and I traveled together for this dream come true pilgrimage to our precious Holy Lands. These are a few of the highlights from our trip:

We began with our first night in gorgeous TelAviv, Israel staying on the Mediterranean Sea, more beautiful than I ever imagined. The next day we traveled to Tiberius to stay on the Sea of Galilee. Everywhere we traveled we saw signs and campaigns for the Israeli elections. We were all in fervent prayer for Prime Minister Netanyahu to win the election and Praise Jesus he did. We met with the rest of our tour group of 25 at our welcome dinner above the Galilee area. Awesome time in worship and fellowship with the Hyde family in Israel.

Michelle, myself and Myra

Our first day on the tour included worship and prayer on the Jesus boat cruise on the Sea of Galilee, where Jesus and Peter walked on water. Michelle, Myra and I and many others were also baptized in the Jordan River (I'm in the first picture, Michelle is in the second), where Jesus was also baptized. Words cannot describe the peace and glorious presence of the Lord we experienced on that day and every day on our journey.

We then traveled up to Jerusalem, the city of peace. We spent 4 days there in our precious Jerusalem. Our many adventures included the Wailing Wall, the Temple Mount and Institute, City of David, location of David killing Goliath, Golgotha (where Jesus was crucified), the Garden Tomb (where Jesus was buried and resurrected), where we also had a Communion service. So many other adventures would take up a whole book to share with you.

Our Solemn Assembly was an awesome day of fasting, prayer and repentance, where we also were able to have a prayer meeting in the center of Jerusalem during the solar eclipse. Very anointed time with the Lord, where I had the honor of praying Psalm 122 over us and Jerusalem.

On the day of our departure, the Lord gave me the honor to pray for one of our lady tour members to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit (right in our hotel lobby), which she received with great joy. What an honor to be baptized in the Spirit in Jerusalem! None of this would have been possible without your love and support. You are all so loved, appreciated and in our prayers always.

I am very excited to announce that myself and my ministry partner Michelle Walker (http://www.answerfortheailing.comhave been invited to go to Israel with The Justice Foundation/Operation Outcry ( to participate in a Joel 2 Solemn Assembly in Jerusalem in March 2015 for a 9 day trip. We will be participating in repentance for the sin of abortion in Israel, America and the world and praying for an end to abortion. We will also be praying for and blessing Israel. Unique about this trip is its connection to the four Blood Red Moons and the solar eclipse (the sun will be darkened) that should be visible that day from Jerusalem. "The sun will become dark, and the moon will turn blood red before that great and terrible day of the Lord arrives." Joel 2:31 Go here for further details:

me and Michelle

We need your prayer support and financial support for this mission trip. The financial needs (being handled by the travel agency) are approximately $4,998 ($2,499 each), not including some meals and spending money, at this point in planning. Please pray about sponsoring me and my ministry partner Michelle Walker, as we are obedient in taking each step for this journey. Thank you so much and God bless you!

I am honored once again to have been included in the women's testimonies of women hurt by abortion: an Amici Curiae brief on behalf of over 3,200 Texas and national women of Operation Outcry ( in support of Texas pro-life law known as HB2 was filed by The Justice Foundation. Myself and Michelle Walker ( attended the Oral Arguments at the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals on January 7th with Allan and Susan Parker of the Justice Foundation and several Operation Outcry women, including Myra Myers, our North Texas state leader. We enjoyed the beautiful housing hospitality hosted by Bronwen and Steve Niles at the Youth With a Mission (YWAM) base in New Orleans. We are praying for victory for this case (the judges have not made a decision yet) on behalf of the state of Texas concerning the pro life bill HB2.

Myself and Michelle Walker ( traveled to Dallas, Texas from April 5 - 7th to work with The Justice Foundation/Operation Outcry during the events of The Esther Call & in support of the Back to Life Movement ( where 39 young women -- each representing one year of legalized abortion in America -- walked 270 miles for a 21-day trek from March 17 - April 6 from the nation's largest Planned Parenthood center, located in Houston, Texas to the courthouse in Dallas where Roe v Wade was born.

We welcomed the women who participated in the prayer walk, participated in communion service at the Earle Cabell Federal Building, helped run the booth for Operation Outcry, got to participate in praise and worship, attending training, and gave prayer support for many.

Myself and Michelle Walker ( attended the Texas Rally for Life ( the Texas Capitol in Austin, Texas.

Thousands of Texans gathered and marched to the state Capitol to show the media and our elected officials that Texas is PRO-LIFE.

The 2012 Texas Rally for Life commemorated the 39th anniversary of the tragic Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision in 1973, which made abortion legal throughout all nine months of pregnancy. In the wake of Roe, legal abortion in our nation has claimed the lives of more than 53 million unborn children and has hurt countless women and men.

Thanks be to God that the Texas Sonogram Law now stands and is currently being enforced.

Myself and Michelle Walker ( were invited by The Justice Foundation/Operation Outcry ( and to attend a press conference in San Antonio in front of the Planned Parenthood facility. Myself and a couple others shared our testimonies with the press on how important it is for a woman to see a sonogram before having an abortion. We shared how painful our lives became after our abortion, which could have been prevented if we had the opportunity to see a sonogram and hear the heartbeat of our baby.

Myself, Michelle Walker (, Theresa Walker, Juda Myers, and Patricia attended the Houston Women's Group (feminist meeting) at First Unitarian Universalist Church ( Myself, Juda, and Patricia shared our testimonies of how rape and/or abortion hurts women and the healing we received through Jesus Christ. Michelle and Theresa shared a few words with the group and video taped the testimonies. Though most who attended the group were not pro-life (some were atheists), they welcomed us and seeds were planted. We also got a few speaking invitations, including helping to counsel women at a counseling center here in Houston.

Myself and Michelle Walker ( traveled to Elgin, Texas for a taping of my testimony for ProLife Revolution to be added to the Kayla's Choice website ( It as well as other testimonies can be viewed soon after all the taping is complete at

Myself and Michelle Walker ( attended 'The Response' ( Myra Myers, North Texas State Leader of Operation Outcry, attended with us. It was called by Texas Governor Rick Perry, for prayer and fasting for a nation in crisis. The event was held at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. The reported number of those in attendance varied, but the counter at the Stadium registered over 44,000 and another 100,000 reportedly watched via live web stream.

Myra Myers (left) and myself (right)

God's spirit was in the Stadium as we worshipped and prayed in one accord for a historic breakthrough for our country and a renewed sense of moral purpose. We prayed for and want the presence, power, and person of Christ to fill our nation and turn the hearts of millions to righteousness, peace, and joy in Him.

Governor Perry declared Christ, read several scriptures from the Word of God, and then prayed a moving prayer.

I was honored to have been a part of this event and thankful to the Lord for what He is going to be doing for our nation through our prayers.

Approximately 12 pm on Tuesday May 24, 2011, Michelle Walker (@answer4theailin) and I, along with Allan Parker, President of The Justice Foundation, Molly White and Myra Myers - Operation Outcry Texas State Leaders and several other OO members with us were honored to be present in the Governor's Reception Room in our state capitol in Austin,TX for the signing of the Sonogram Bill HB15 (which we played a part in helping to get it passed) into law by Governor Rick Perry.

Also attending were other pro life groups and Senator Dan Patrick, Representative Sid Miller and all other supporters and authors of this new pro life law for Texas.

Governor Perry also thanked and honored all of us women of Operation Outcry before signing the bill. Michelle and I also had an the opportunity to follow Joe Pojman - Director of Texas Alliance for Life - and a group of pro life advocates (18 of us in all) to voice our support and share our testimonies to several senator's offices on behalf of bill SB23, which will defund Planned Parenthood of Texas taxpayer money.

The last visit of the day was to Representative Parker's offfice. The staffer there gave us the report that the 'Choose Life' license plate finally passed Congress after 11 years of trying to get this available for us in Texas. He said that by Sept. 1, 2011, it will be available for anyone to purchase, with the money going to support pregnancy centers that offer alternatives to abortion.

Myself, Nona Ellington & Myra Myers worked a booth respresenting Operation Outcry ( at Unite for Life Houston 2010 (

The Catholic Charismatic Center hosted Unite for Life - Houston 2010 on 10-23-10. Pro-Life forces gathered in Houston dedicated to shut down Planned Parenthood - the largest abortion facility in the Western Hemisphere located in the heart of Houston. We came together for community prayer & march to the Planned Parenthood site. We are committed to shutting down this Planned Parenthood and ending ALL abortion in our city.

Myself & Nona Ellington participated in March of the Surviving Youth which took place in Houston, TX on 9-25-10. Hosted by 40 Days for Life ( & Houston Coalition for Life (

This was a pro-life march & prayer vigil around Planned Parenthood Mega Center (the largest abortion clinic in America).

Myself & Nona Ellington attended meeting - 'Health Professionals for Life' - with Allan Parker of the Justice Foundaton. He spoke to Doctors and leaders in the community about protecting women's rights to sue abortionists in Texas.

Was held at St. Vincent de Paul Parrish Family Center 6800 Buffalo Speedway Houston, TX @ 2:00.

Thank you everyone for praying for our Oil of Joy ministry team that has been going into the Plane State women's prison every Saturday for the last 10 weeks to do the abortion recovery program for the wounded hearts there!

On May 29, we all celebrated the restoration of these mothers together at their graduation service! All were able to share their testimony at the front of what the Lord has done in their hearts and lives during the 10 week course. As they came up to share, they also received their certificate of graduation. Some even said that it was the only certificate they had ever received. One beautiful lady even sang a very anointed song for us that was very appropriate for the day with a very gorgeous voice, 'My Tribute'. Afterwards, we all had fun eating cookies and refreshing green tea that we brought for them. They were so happy, they all looked like little children opening presents on Christmas morning.

Thank you to all of you who have been a huge part of this restoration movement of God in Plane State prison by interceding for us and contributing to us financially. We do not take your prayers lightly. Without prayer, this work could never be accomplished. You are very valuable to our Lord!

Plane State Team (minus Michelle Walker who took the pic)

Thank you very much for praying for our most recent event, the Hope for Life Conference ( in Dallas, TX April 14 - 17, 2010. The Lord came through for us with the funds needed to be able to make this ministry trip.

He is so faithful! Michelle Walker and I made many divine connections while there and received much wisdom and encouraging Words from the Lord. We were able to get many great pictures and video of several speakers and leaders of the pro life movement.

We were invited to attend the upcoming Cry for Life conference in Holland on Sep.11-18, which will also include a tour of Auschwitz (former Nazi concentration camp) and Berlin. I was able to speak to all of the members of this pro life team from Holland about the women's prison ministry that I am a part of and also tell them of my sister in law who is also from Holland, although she and my brother live in the US now, since 2005. They even said that we were welcome to stay in their home when we go. Isn't God just so cool!

It appears that God is opening many new doors and opportunities for us to share His love to the hurting and the outcasts.

I am thankful for each and every one of you for praying for us and believing in this move of God to restore those that have been wounded by abortion.

Last Sunday I was honored once again to be a part of the ministry team (from Reverend Rhonda Arias/Oil of Joy Ministries, to the women at Plane State Jail in Dayton, TX. The worship and Word was awesome as the Holy Spirit's presence was so evident among us. Thank you to everyone who prayed for us, for we value your prayers very much!

Bound4LIFE - Prayer Rally and March Event

Houston, Texas

In working with Bound 4 Life (, I took part in The Call Prayer Rally and March Event here in Houston, Texas. Michelle Walker accompanied me. Thousands gathered to pray, fast and peacefully siege the massive injustice of Planned Parenthood building the world's 2nd largest abortion facility here in Houston. There was a silent march through the streets to the Planned Parenthood site (set to open in March 2010), a nationwide press conference and silent prayer stand.

We prayed and believed in agreement that this facility will not shed blood, but it will instead be used as a facility for healing and life. I believe we have made and are making a difference. Believe with me that abortions WILL NOT take place here.

This is a slide show from pictures taken at the event.

Myself and several others worked with Rhonda Arias/Oil of Joy to minister to women at Plane State Prison in Dayton, Texas. This was a 2 hr. chapel service where we had an opportunity to worship, be fed the Word from Rhonda, receive communion, and have 1 on 1 interaction with some of the women.

As a volunteer for Texas Abortion Recovery Alliance (TARA) & Operation Outcry/The Justice Foundation, I spoke at the Houston City Council Meeting on 7-21-09, asking the City Council members to pass the proposed City of Houston Informed Consent Ordinance (proposed by TARA). The purpose of the ordinance - Any abortion provider within the jurisdictional limits of the City of Houston shall adhere to the state standards pursuant to the Health and Safety Code171.013, and provide information pursuant to the City Ordinance, enforceable by the city Health Department under the penalties set by the City Council and/or office of the Mayor, and reportable to the state by all city regulatory committees. In the case of injury to an uninformed patient, the abortion provider must be liable for the cost of reasonable hospitalization and medical expenses for physical injury, and psychological, emotional, social, or psychiatric counseling of the woman's choice for up to one year of treatment. Women have a right to know the effects of abortion. They have a right to be informed.

The 2009 Texas Rally for Life was the largest ever, thanks to all those who promoted and attended this rousing event!

Thousands marched from Republic Square to the South Steps of the Capitol on January 24, chanting and holding signs that encouraged legislators to pass bills that help women and men "Choose Life," not death, for their unborn children.

One of the featured speakers was Gov. Rick Perry, who has signed more pro-life bills into law than any governor in Texas, strongly encouraged the crowd (and legislators!) to stand strong in the face of a pro-abortion national government. He urged everyone to support current pro-life legislation in Texas such as the Choose Life license plate bill(H.B. 109) and efforts to fund morally sound adult stem cell research (S.B. 73). (Signthe Choose Life license plate petition online!)

I worked w/ The Justice Foundation ( & Operation Outcry ( at their annual fund raising event. It was called 'The Justice Foundation's 2008 Annual Life in the West Gala' in San Antonio. The evening's 'Amazing Grace' theme commemorated how William Wilberforce helped to eliminate slavery in the British Empire in the 1800's and the many parallels between his lifelong battle and the struggle of the pro-life movement today. Ken Wales, Producer of the movie 'Amazing Grace' (2007) was the Keynote Speaker. Other special guests were Mike Schnabel (Lessons from the Roundpen Ministries) & a representative from the 'Belle' (2007) movie team. Some Operation Outcry workers also spoke, sharing their testimonies.

There was a feel of anticiation in the air as we united as one for the cause of the unborn. Close to my heart was near the closing of the evening, when we sang, 'Amaging Grace'. And it really is ... Amazing Grace.

In working with Operation Outcry, I shared my testimony on a taping of their television/radio program 'Faces of Abortion' (which you can see later on Operation Outcry's website ( or on SkyAngel). It is scheduled to air sometime this fall. The episode that I speak on will be #516.

The shooting was an awesome experience. Wish you could have been there. The Christian TV Station (KPLE-TV in Killeen, TX) and it's owner Katherine were great. The people were awesome and so down to earth. So many stories of hurting women, pouring out their hearts in a unified plea to just say no to abortion.

Thank ya'll so much for all ya'lls support and prayers. Couldn't have done it without ya'll!

Note to Operation Outcry/Faces of Abortion Crew:Thank you everyone for sharing and praying with myself and my assistant. For helping us to feel welcomed, loved and valuable. A special thank you to Tracy, Lisa, Cindy, and Allan for the opportunity.

I am praying for each and every one of you and also love and appreciate you. Remember me and the ministry in your prayers - for provision, protection, and for the Lord to speak through me and use me.

God bless you,

Nona Ellington
